Traditionally Sundrying is most used way to preserve food items and this summer make tasty and yummy fryums with Potato, #sundriedpotatochips #sagochips which are also called as sandige in kannada .
The earliest memories of childhood summers is drying these with mom and grandma who would make so many varieties with them and in various forms and shapes.
They are also called as papads and are integral part of our Indian food culture and are used as starters or as a side dish along with rice or otherwise.
here is a very easy and less time consuming #potatochips which are shown in the video. Also I used the starch to make sago papads which are tasty and so light and crispy on frying that they are the favorite of all from kids to old aged person.
the best part is they can be prepared in batches and can be stored until next summer and used when ever we feel like eating them.
What better way to snack on than on making these homemade
