One of the easiest and tastiest,glutenfree and healthy breakfast that most households enjoy having is essentially Besan Chilla. Besan is gram flour and is added along with vegetables, leafy veggies and can be made in a jiffy. All you need to have are a few basic ingredients at home.

As it is a well known fact that breakfast is one of the essential meal in a day and having a powerpacked one can keep your hungerpangs away and keep your energy levels high.


Makes- 4-6 chillas

Ingredients:


Besan/Gram flour- 1 cup
Rice flour- 2 tbsp
semolina/suji- 1 tbsp
Curd- 1/2 cup
salt- 2 tsp
chilli/chilli powder- 2-3 or 2 tbsp
cumin powder- 2 tsp
turmeric- 1 tsp
water to adjust consistancy
finely chopped onion, coriander leaves, carrot, spinach- etc

Method-


Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Adjust consistency like doas batter.
Heat the skillet.
Spread oil and take a ladle full of batter and spread on it.
Drizzle with oil/ bhee/ butter.
Allow to cook on both sides. 
Keep its thickness a little think and not very thin.

Serve hot with chutney/ ketchup.
