The fruit pulp has numerous seeds and is slightly tangy and sweet with a potent aftertaste.

It can also be used in making jam, marmalade, chutney etc.

I have prepared a sharbat with some jeera powder, black salt, jaggery and mint leaves.

Another popular dish which I have grown up eating is a mixture of bael pulp, jaggery, cardamom and salt mixed and eaten as it is..

So here I am sharing the recipe of these two,

Juice:1

Bael pulp
Jaggery- 3-4tbsp
Cardamon-1 crushed
Water
Salt- 1 pinch

Mix pulp with water extract juice and strain it.
Add other ingredients mix serve chilled.

2. Pulp extract blended with mint leaves-4-5
black salt-1tsp
Salt- per taste
Sugar/jaggery- 1 pinch
Pepper and cumin powder-1tbsp
Mix all and drink for a tangy taste like masala soda.

Pulp chaat:
Take bael pulp,
Mix with 3tbsp of jaggery
Cardamom-1tsp
pink Salt-1pinch

Mix the above ingredients and it can be eaten as it is.

Even though this fruit is known for its properties due to lesser research on its uses and how it affects us, it is advised that you consult your doctor before using it extensively.
